Igor Bernik is a founding and managing partner of Bernik Dimitrijević.

He graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana and passed both the bar exam in 2017 and the attorney exam in 2018.

He was a member of a research team at the Institute of Criminology at University of Ljubljana and as a co-author published a monography on subject of punitivity in the reporting on the subject of white-collar crime in Slovene media.

He focuses his practice on commercial law, competition law and intellectual property law, with experience in international commercial arbitration. His most valuable contribution to clients of Bernik Dimitrijević is that of skilled negotiator and practical and pragmatic consultant to corporate clients. He also focuses on topics of white-collar crime as well as issues of criminal and civil liability in corporate relations.

Igor fluently speaks and professionally uses Slovenian and English, while having a working knowledge of German, Serbian and Croatian.
